When will I receive my order?
Here's what to expect once your order is placed:

Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?
We make every effort to ship your items together. However, there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments. Common reasons for dividing an order are:
- Item availability.
- Shipping from different fulfillment centers.
- Shipping direct from the vendor.
If your order has to be divided, we will send you a confirmation email advising you of:
- The expected ship dates.
- The items expected to ship in each shipment.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
Within 24 hours after placing an order on amirandamira.com, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation includes:
- Order number
- Item(s) ordered
- Description
- Quantities
- Price of each item
- Shipping address(es)
- Billing address
Please print and/or save this confirmation. It can be used for future reference to check the status of your order.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within an hour:
- Check your spam folder
- Check the Order History in your amirandamira.com account
- If you do not find your order confirmation email in your spam or inbox folders, please allow 24 hours for your order to process. Once the order has processed, you will receive your order confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges
At Amir & Amira, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. You have 10 days to return or exchange item to us. If you wish to exchange and item or return an item for a refund, you may call customer service at 800-928-6030 or email us at customerservice@
All products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unworn and unwashed with tags and labels still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. Exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value, and we will adjust the final cost as needed.
Returning an Online Purchase by Mail
To return your online order by mail:
- Detach the bottom portion of your packing slip labeled "Return Form." Please indicate the quantity for each item being returned on the front, and circle a Return Reason code.
- If you are returning a gift and prefer that we send you a merchandise credit* (rather than issue a refund to the original purchaser's credit card), please check the box at the bottom of the packing slip.
- Fill in your contact information in the space provided on your packing slip so that, if necessary, we can contact you about your return.
- Place the items you're returning along with the completed Return Form in a box and seal it securely. Detach the pre-addressed return label from the packing slip and place it on the box or use your own mailing label.
- Mail your package via the carrier of your choice to:
